In any situation where change is required, there are many recoveries being made, remember, you are making a change in your life and with change, there are obstacles and mistakes, but you don’t stop-you keep moving on. Don’t take the time to beat yourself up during this time, feeding negative feelings and energy is unproductive at this time, in fact it’s unproductive at all times.
